New Delhi: India on Friday rejected Pakistan’s attempt to politicise the verdict in the Samjhauta twin-blast case. “There has been no cooperation from Pakistan. We reject Pakistan’s attempt to politicise the matter. It is being done to deflect attention from their failure in bringing perpetrators of several terrorist attacks in India and region to justice,” said Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Raveesh Kumar. During the weekly press briefing, he said, “We demand that Pakistan should take immediate, credible and irreversible measures against cross-border terrorism without any discrimination and without resorting to such gimmicks.”

Meanwhile, it is now rumoured that the film is getting remade in Telugu with Balakrishna and Rajasekhar playing the roles of Vijay Sethupathi and Madhavan respectively from the original version. Sport news : Two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders will play all their Indian Premier League home matches at the Eden Gardens despite West Bengal going into polls during all seven phases of general elections. The BCCI on Tuesday released the full schedule of the round robin league matches starting March 23 till May 5. As usual, there will be a total 56 matches that will be played during the six-week tourney. Among the round robin matches there are 12 afternoon starts (4 pm matches) on the weekends. The IPL operations team has ensured that no team plays their home matches at alternate venues despite the Lok Sabha polls being held in seven phases from April 12 to May 19. Even Kings XI Punjab, who had played a few of their home matches in Indore during earlier editions, will play all their matches in Mohali.
Auto news : Avan Motors India, the homegrown electric scooter manufacturer has launched its new smart electric scooter Trend E today at the EV India Marathon Summit, BV Tech Expo India 2019 in New Delhi. The latest addition to its Xero series of electric scooters, the Trend E has an ex-showroom price of INR 56,900 for the single-battery scooter and INR 81,269 for the double-battery scooter. The scooter can be booked from today onwards at a nominal booking fee of INR 1,100. The Trend E is available in a combination of colours including Red-Black, Black-Red, and White-Blue. It is powered by a lithium-ion battery and boasts a top speed of 45 Kmph. The electric scooter covers a distance of 60 Kms with single battery & 110 Km with double battery, and the charge time for the scooter’s lithium-ion battery is 2 to 4 hours. The Trend E comes equipped with a hydraulic telescopic front suspension and a coil spring rear suspension.
